Our Customers Have The Right To:
- Courteous and friendly treatment by EC&S and its representatives at all times and under all conditions.
- The representative's full time and attention during each and every contact.
- Fast and accurate information about any aspect of his/her account.
- Have his/her expectations met or exceeded with an end product of the quality represented in our proposal.
- Complain when service does not meet those expectations - and the right to a prompt remedy when we are at fault.
- Expect resourcefulness, problem-solving ability, concern and results from those assigned to his/her account.
- Expect responsiveness and follow-through, including emergencies and special situations.
- The benefits of teamwork.
- Appreciation from those with whom he/she does business - appreciation both for the business already given and for the business to be given in the future, so long as this Customer Bill of Rights continues to be observed.
