  • The representative's full time and attention during each and every contact.

  • Fast and accurate information about any aspect of his/her account.

  • Have his/her expectations met or exceeded with an end product of the quality represented in our proposal.

  • Complain when service does not meet those expectations - and the right to a prompt remedy when we are at fault.

  • Expect resourcefulness, problem-solving ability, concern and results from those assigned to his/her account.

  • Expect responsiveness and follow-through, including emergencies and special situations.

  • The benefits of teamwork.
