The Employee Of The Quarter is
Marlene Stringer.
Marlene Stringer... What Would We Do Without Her?
Marlene began working at Early, Cassidy & Schilling, Inc.
in March 1999. Prior to her employment at our agency,
she worked as an executive secretary at Central National Bank for five
years, and as an executive secretary/office manager at Manor
Care for thirteen years. Upon joining Early, Cassidy & Schilling, Inc.,
Marlene immediately embraced the insurance industry. Not only is she an
exceptional Executive Secretary to the company's partners, but she is also a
necessary liaison between our executives and employees. Marlene is an
employee who knows a little bit about everything; it is a rare occurrence
when she cannot answer a client's questions. She plays a major role in
ensuring that Early, Cassidy & Schilling, Inc.'s prompt client servicing
is our utmost priority. Marlene is extremely serious about her work,
very accommodating and always willing to help out. At the same time,
she is somewhat of an office instigator. She livens up the day with her funny
antics and quick wit. She never forgets employee birthdays and is a crucial
part of maintaining Early, Cassidy & Schilling, Inc.'s considerable office
morale. Marlene, a native Washingtonian, resides in Laurel, MD with her
husband Richard and three sons.
