Timothy A. Schilling,
CPCU, CIC

Tim has been with the firm of Early, Cassidy & Schilling since 1975. He and Andy Cassidy
purchased the company in 1989. He serves as President and Secretary specializing in
Commercial Property and Casualty sales and service. Tim graduated from the University
of Maryland in 1977 and earned the CPCU designation in 1984 as well as the CIC
designation in 1992. He is currently serving as a Board of Director for Assurex Global and
holds memberships in the Washington Society of CPCU and the Bethesda Chamber of Commerce.
A lifelong resident of the Washington Metropolitan area, he resides with his wife Melinda and
two daughters in Bethesda, MD.

Andrew G. Cassidy

Andy has been with Early, Cassidy and Schilling since 1977
and together with Tim Schilling purchased the company in 1989. He serves as
Executive Vice President and Treasurer specializing in corporate operations
and carrier relations. Andy graduated from Regis College, Denver, Colorado
and St. John's High School, Washington, DC. He currently serves on the Board
of Directors for the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers, four carrier Advisory
Councils, and the DC Insurance Commissioner's Agents Advisory Board. A
lifelong resident of the Washington Metropolitan area, Andy resides in Rockville
with his wife Sue and their four children.

James E. Hodgson

Jim joined Early, Cassidy and Schilling as their Controller in 1992, and has been in the
accounting field since 1980. He currently serves as CFO for the Organization, overseeing
the accounting and finance areas of the company. Jim is a native Washingtonian and
graduated from Bethesda Chevy Chase High School, and American University, where he
received his BS degree in Business Administration. Jim earned his CPA in 1982 and
is currently licensed in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is a member
of the AICPA and the Maryland Board of Accountancy. Jim currently serves on the
education committee for AMS and assists in coordinating programs for their annual
conference. Jim is also involved in various volunteer organizations, and heads a
team of fellow employees who volunteer their time within the community. Jim has
two children, a son and daughter and currently resides in Poolesville, MD.

William H. Brockman,
CLU, ChFC

Rock joined Early, Cassidy and Schilling in 1995 and has been in the
Life and Pension business since 1975. Rock manages the Life, Health
and Employee Benefits Division for EC&S as well as actively assists
clients with issues including wealth transfer, wealth accumulation,
and business continuity. He graduated from Princeton University in
1972 and earned his CLU in 1979 and ChFC in 1983. He continued his
education and now teaches courses in estate, financial and retirement
planning. Rock has served as Past President of the Greater Washington,
DC Chapter of The Society of Financial Services Professionals and is active
in numerous organizations such as Suburban, Maryland Life Underwriters
Association, Washington, DC Estate Planning Council, Life Member - Million
Dollar Round Table and The New England Leaders Association and
Member of The New England Hall of Fame. Rock resides with his wife Melanie in
University Park, MD.

Lynne W. Cook

Lynne joined Early, Cassidy and Schilling in 1999 and has been in the Bond and
Executive Liability business since 1979. She manages the Construction and Bond
Divisions for Early, Cassidy and Schilling as well as actively assists clients
with their surety programs and manages carrier relations. She graduated from
Penn State in 1979 and continued her education with Aetna Bond as well as
earning a paralegal degree from Widener University. Lynne has served as Past
President of both Central PA and Upstate NY Surety Associations and Director
of Underwriting for the Surety Association of America. She is currently an
active member of NASBP serving on numerous national committees and locally
belongs to DCMSA, ABC, AGC and Greater Washington Board of Trade. Lynne and
her husband Doug reside in Clifton, Va. with their two sons.

Joseph A. Mandeville

Joe Mandeville joined EC&S in early 1998 working in the Life & Health Department
developing sales. After being promoted to Vice President in 2004, he became
responsible for the recruiting, training and development of the sales department.
Joe is an alumni of Our Lady of Good Counsel H.S. and the University of Maryland
in addition to being a Marine Corps Veteran. Joe currently resides in Howard County
Maryland with his wife and two daughters. Joe is an avid golfer and is in the
process of writing the next best how to book.

Sean K. Gormley

Sean Gormley has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry and serves as
the Vice President of Operations at Early, Cassidy & Schilling. After working for
many years in the insurance program management sector, Sean returned to his roots in
the retail insurance arena at EC&S in October of 2006. Sean graduated from Belmont
Abbey College in Charlotte, North Carolina and resides in Annandale, Virginia with
his wife and two girls. Even the dog is a girl so when he gets overwhelmed by the
American Girl Dolls and High School Musical (I and II) music, Sean is known to relax
by training for and participating in various Adventure Races throughout the Mid-Atlantic
region.
