Business Development Manager

Mike Fragola recently joined Early, Cassidy & Schilling, Inc. as Business Development Manager for both Property & Casualty and Life & Health services.

He was formerly Sales Manager and Property & Casualty Practice Leader for the DC Metropolitan office of USI Insurance Services. Prior to merging with USI, Mike held the same position with Patterson Smith Associates as well as sitting on their Board of Directors.

Mike has over 36 years of insurance experience acquired through diverse positions from the ranks of Sales Agent for Shimbert and Gerber; Manager, Agency Financial Services for Aetna Life and Casualty; President of Alton Insurance Agency and Vice President, Business Development with CIMA. He has expertise in association program management, risk management and strategic planning. In addition to his professional designations, he has Masters of Financial Services from American College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University.

His wife Jane and he reside in Great Falls, VA.
