Bond Consultant

David has been with Early, Cassidy & Schilling, Inc. since 2004.  His surety experience of over 40 years includes: seven years with Travelers Insurance Company as an Associate Manager, fifteen years with Collier Cobb & Associates, three years with Willis, and eight years with Franey, Parr & Muha each as Bond Manager. David holds a Bachelors Degree in International Affairs from George Washington University and served in the U.S. Navy Reserve for six years. David recently served as a Regional VP for three years and a member of the Executive Committee for two years for the National Association of Surety Bond Producers.  He actively participates on the Legislative Committee of the DC Metropolitan Subcontractors Association and represents the association for the Alliance for Construction Excellence.

David and his wife reside in Fairfax, VA.
