The State of Maryland has issued changes to the Maryland Right-To-Know Law (Haz Com). Gone is the requirement to send a revised chemical list to the Maryland Department of the Environment every two years. It was an obscure Maryland specific requirement that often caught businesses off guard. There are two other items that were specific to Maryland, that are no longer required.
