A true reflection of the culture of an organization is demonstrated by the ways in which it gives back to the community. Early Cassidy and Schilling, Inc. regards our ability to donate and perform community service as a privilege not an obligation.

As an organization, EC&S has served the community in many ways and constantly seeks opportunities to participate in sharing.

At holiday time, we collect toys and have a company breakfast to             celebrate the giving of these toys to So Others May Eat (SOME).

EC&S participates in the Bears for Kids, sponsored by the local health underwriters, donating over 100 bears to Children’s Hospitals in each of the past four years.

We have donated several thousand pounds of food to the Manna Food Bank of Montgomery County.

As a way of remembering our men and women in uniform, we             collected several hundred phones for the Cell Phones for Soldiers and Sailors program.

Each year employees participate in fundraising and hands on charitable activities.

Our walkers and runners have raised money for numerous charities including the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, The Brain Tumor Society, and the American Red Cross to name a few.

Community involvement is demonstrated by giving financially as well as donating time in the form of mentors, carpenters, and educators.
