This week, while contemplating a New Year’s resolution, I received an e-mail from a co-worker about a great event in Montgomery County. They call it the 100 Mile Challenge. The premise is to log 100 miles of activity in 100 days. This looks like a great event for individuals, families and groups of all kinds. I will be entering with my wife and our two dogs.
Check out these links to the event for more information:
We all know that New Year’s resolutions are fleeting. Some people set unrealistic goals, while others are not specific enough and therefore do not even have a goal to reach. Additionally, almost all resolutions are short term. This year we can start making a small Lifestyle Change – 1 Mile a Day for 100 Days. I hope to see everyone on January 21st at the 2017 Montgomery County 100 Mile Challenge Kickoff event.
