Over the course of the past years, Paul Phelan has been getting concepts, white papers and legislative updates out to a growing network of CPAs, Attorneys and Business Consultants about Executive Benefit and Estate Planning Issues along with other Employee Benefit, Commercial Insurance and Risk Management issues. These have been a helpful tool by which EC&S has kept our clients and professional network up to date on the Executive Benefits risks we see in the market. He found out these monthly notes were being used as a learning or discussion tool in offices and professional groups as a study piece on ideas about business transfer issues and estate planning.
