Jeff routinely performs in-depth deficiency analysis of commercial insurance programs in an effort to improve coverage, mitigate liability and reduce cost. Also a specialist in contract review with regards to insurance requirements and specifications. His original emphasis on the implementation of risk transfer and risk control techniques for the construction industry grew into a broader effort to assist Non- Profits, NGOs; Trade Associations and schools with domestic and international risks.
Jeff Schilling, AAI, CIC, 33° joined Early, Cassidy & Schilling, LLC in 1999 after a 23-year career as Director for a large analytical testing and arbitrating firm. Jeff graduated from Virginia Wesleyan College with a BA in Psychology. Jeff’s primary focus is helping both private and nonprofit organizations, commercial property owners, management companies, contractors as well as companies with ocean marine and foreign liability exposures. His specialties include domestic and international property, builder’s risk, general liability, directors and officers and associated professional errors and omission coverage’s, employment practices liability, kidnap/ransom, all types of evacuation coverage, foreign voluntary workers compensation, cyber breach liability and marine cargo insurance.
Jeff is a Past Master of Temple Noyes Cathedral Lodge #32, a 33° Scottish Rite Mason, a Trustee of the Mithras Lodge of Perfection, a proud noble of Almas Shrine and member of the Izaac Walton League of America .
Jeff currently resides in Gaithersburg, MD with his wife Jan.
